Mr. Eloy has enough storage capacity to keep bulk cachaca and packed cachaca for prompt delivery. Selection of appropriate sugar cane seeds, soil conditions with the optimum ph, close crop supervision during the growing period and careful selection of the sugar cane during the harvest. Prompt processing of the sugar cane, after cutting, will contribute to a higher productivity and also a better final product. Copper distillers and production process without additives. Approval of the agriculture ministry Cachaca is directly distilled from the fermented juice of the cane. The result is a clean, strong flavor, somewhat reminiscent of white rum, but with an edge that is noticeably different. This is the liquor that most bars serve, and is best suited to mixing. Much more rare is aged cachaca. This has been kept in casks for anything between 2 and 30 years after distillation is complete.
